To make a keepsake we collect the details you provide in your order: the recipient's name and pronunciation, the occasion, your relationship, the moments and message you share, your photos, and your delivery email. We also store the email addresses you give us for the newsletter.
Your photos and order details are used only to create your keepsake — the song, the film, and the keepsake image or magazine cover. Each order lives behind its own private link. We do not publish, list, or share your photos, your keepsake, or your personal details, and you decide who to share the link with.
Newsletters are sent only to addresses you submit through the sign-up form. You can unsubscribe at any time.
