Your keepsake goes through a final studio review, and you get a chance to request changes before it's released to the recipient. We'll make reasonable adjustments to the song details and the film until you're happy — that's part of the process.
If we can't deliver a keepsake you're happy with after a genuine revision effort, you don't pay for it. Refund requests are handled promptly and without fuss. Because keepsakes are personalized to one person's story, once a finished keepsake has been released to you it's considered delivered.
